Brewed in the style of Flemish Red Ale similar to those brewed around West Flanders, Belgium. Red Panda is fermented and aged in Oak for 16 months with a mix culture of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria. Red Panda is moderately tart and has deep fruit undertones of plum and raspberry with hints of orange and chocolate derived from the yeast and long term barrel aging. Bottle and keg conditioned for 6 months.
