Indoor seating as well as our newly expanded covered patio and beer garden are now open at the taproom. Reservations are recommended. Leashed dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating areas. Founded in 2015 by Kevin Hanson, Hogback Mountain Brewery was purchased by Jamie and Sam Sawyer in 2018. They were looking for a new adventure in the Vermont craft beer scene and Kevin was looking to have more time for other things. In the Spring of 2019, they will move Hogback Mountain Brewing from Kevin’s carriage barn to its new location on Rocky Dale Road in Bristol, Vermont. They are renovating and updating the space now. Sam is 2017 graduate of the American Brewer’s Guild and is the creative force behind many of our brews. She has been working on some new beers that will be hitting the stores soon.
