Pour the Girls!
Building Community Across Beverage & Hospitality
Pour the Girls! is a femme-led community created to make the beverage and hospitality industries more welcoming, connected, and supportive for women and female-identifying professionals.
Founded by women working throughout Vermont’s beverage and hospitality scene, our mission is simple: create a space where women can connect, share ideas, learn from one another, and build lasting relationships across the industry.
Whether you work in brewing, cidermaking, distilling, winemaking, hospitality, events, sales, marketing, distribution, or operations, Pour the Girls! is a place to network, collaborate, and enjoy great drinks and conversation together.
Our Mission
The beverage and hospitality industries thrive on creativity, community, and collaboration, yet women remain underrepresented in many leadership and production roles. Pour the Girls! exists to help change that by fostering meaningful connections and creating opportunities for growth.
Through regular meetups, networking events, educational opportunities, and industry conversations, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive future for women across beverage and hospitality
Supporting Women in the Industry
In partnership with the Vermont Brewers Association, we’re proud to launch co-branded VBA × Pour the Girls! merchandise.
Net proceeds from merchandise sales help fund scholarships that support women in the beverage and hospitality industries by providing access to conferences, professional development opportunities, certifications, and continuing education.
By investing in education and career advancement, we’re helping more women build successful and sustainable careers throughout the industry.
