Workshop: Supporting Mental Health of Employees
The fast-paced and demanding nature of the industry can contribute to high levels of stress and burnout among workers.
Brewery culture is built on connection and community. This session helps teams find their individual “anchors” and use self regulation and de-escalation strategies to navigate stress, conflict, and customer challenges and personal mental health concerns with authenticity and care.
This session is especially relevant for FOH teams, who are increasingly navigating complex and emotionally charged customer interactions, including situations involving individuals in crisis or experiencing instability. Our goal is to provide compassionate, practical strategies that protect both staff well-being and community dignity.
