With this beer, Queen City Brewery is proud to bring the rich tradition of Bamberg, Germany to Vermont. In our recipe, top quality German malt is gently smoked over beech wood embers and then blended with Pilsner and Munich malts to produce a beer of startling complexity.

Munich Dunkel (5.5% ABV)

A traditional Bavarian, deep mahogany hued lager. Soft and elegant with a rich, nutty palate and a malty, rounded finish, this beer is medium-bodied with a firm, creamy head.

Bushwick Lager (5% ABV)

A 1950s style American light pilsner. Made with pilsner malt, rice and corn. The perfect summer beer, but we like it all year round.

Gregarious Scotch Ale (7.5% ABV)

Unabashedly malty and rich, Queen City’s Scotch ale is made from the finest Scottish malts. Kettle caramelization of the malt sugars combined with cool fermentation temperatures produces a smooth, full-bodied strong ale.

Landlady ESB (5.2% ABV)

With a malt sweetness that typifies the finest Yorkshire ales, this smoothly rounded ESB provides a depth of flavor, an aromatic fruitiness, and a flowery, hoppy elegance in the finish. Using a combination of high-quality English pale and crystal malts, as well as wonderfully aromatic Fuggles and Kent Goldings hops, this refined amber ale is deeply satisfying.

Maibock (7.2% ABV)

This traditional spring celebrator is a smooth, copper lager produced from the finest German malts. Modeled after the classic celebration beers of Bavaria, MaiBock has an understated hop character that just balances its distinctive toasted malt profile.

Herr Stolpern Weizenbock (9% ABV)

German for “stumble”, this Weizenbock is aptly named.

Northern Heights Double IPA (8% ABV)

Northern Heights is brewed with wheat and oats, then double dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra hops. It is the result of an evolution of craft brewing that began in a shed in the northern woods of Vermont and has culminated in a definitive and well-balanced ale that will take your perception of a Double IPA to new heights.

Cream Puff War Peach Double IPA (8.2% ABV)

Cream Puff War is brewed with honey malt and lactose, fermented with all-natural peach purees, and double dry-hopped to create a deliciously different, smooth, balanced ale. A squeeze of peach and the haze of hops merge exquisitely to deliver an unmatched fruit IPA experience suggestive of ripe white peaches, candied peach gummies, and classic peaches and cream.

Spruce Peak IPA (6% ABV)

A distinct Vermont-style IPA with notes of pine, citrus, and berries, Spruce Peak IPA will be your go-to ale for all seasons on the mountain.

Scintilla Lime Hibiscus Lager (5.5% ABV)

Scintilla is a crisp and distinctly light lager garnished with a trace of lime and a spark of hibiscus that contribute refreshing tart citrus flavors with a slightly sweet floral finish.



New Day, Session IPA with Nelson Sauvin Hops (4.5% ABV)

Nelson Sauvin is an incredibly expressive hop, known for exhibiting flavors ranging from white grape and ripe melon, to gooseberry and apricot. It remains crisp, nuanced and drinkable without coming across as thin, yet also manages to pack a wallop of hop flavor and aroma thanks to a heavy-handed dose of Nelson Sauvin in all stages of brewing and fermenting.

Upper Valley Lager, Pale Lager (4.6% ABV)

Our Upper Valley Lager is a clean and balanced lager inspired by its European pilsner counterparts. Deceptively straightforward and infinitely drinkable, Upper Valley Lager is brewed with an uncompromising attention to detail and no shortcuts. The aroma is reminiscent of fresh baked bread with a clean herbal note. Upper Valley Lager is very approachable with a balanced bitterness, a lightly sweet and bready malt profile, and a pleasant noble hop bite.

Isolated Incident, IPA with Terpenes (7% ABV)

Isolated Incident provides an unparalleled sensory experience. Apollo and Strata hops make a joint appearance in this dank and hazy IPA dripping with juicy grapefruit and resinous herbal flavors. The addition of terpenes brings the aromatic experience to new highs. We recommend enjoying Isolated Incident while relaxing with a few of your best buds.

Oasis: Fruited Sour with Peaches and Lactose (5.7% ABV)

Oasis is our ever evolving series of sour beers featuring a rotating cast of fruits. While heavily fruited sour beers are more popular than ever, they often come at the expense of shelf stability and longevity when packaged with unfermented fruit.




Apex 8: Jay Peak (7.3% ABV)

NEIPA. A delicious Hazy IPA Brewed with HBC-586 and Mosaic Hops. Mellow, smooth, and full of tropical fruit bites.

Vibrant (4.8% ABV)

Fruited Sour with Watermelon and Strawberry Fruit Purée. Light bodied slightly sour brew loaded with watermelon and strawberry purée. Perfect summer time beer.

Reflection (3.7% ABV)

Light Lager hopped with Mosaic. Our light refreshing lager. Brewed with a touch of Mosaic hops to give it some delicious flavor. Easy drinking and tasty.

Scarlet (5% ABV)

Red Ale. A decadent and flavorful red ale. This beer is malty, roasty, with impressions of dried fruit, bread, and caramel.

A celebration of local ingredients. We brewed this amber ale with over 24 lbs per BBL of maple syrup from Stonyhill Sugarhouse in Fletcher, VT and Willamette hops from Champlain Valley Hops in Starksboro, VT.

Shimmy Shimmy IP’Y’A (6.4% ABV)

A juicy India Pale Ale with tropical fruit flavors and a soft mouthfeel. Brewed with our house Belgian yeast strain and featuring Cashmere hops, this beer is platinum status!
